Are hair returns accepted?

All hair sales are final. We do not do refunds nor exchanges. Once your order is submitted, there is no refund or exchange unless it is a shipping delay on our end a refund will be automatically issued. Please make sure your address is correct before check out along with the texture and length that you would like. 

Can I return clothing items?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from immaculatethebrand.com. You may return clothing items exchange for store credit, minus shipping charges, 7 days after purchase. Exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Item(s) must be free of visible signs of wear and tear including but not limited to sweat, make-up, marks, odors or perfume.

All items returned for exchange and/or store credit must be approved by Customer Care and must have the original garment tags attached. The item(s) will be refused and sent back to you if they do not comply with the terms stated above.

What is the shipping process? 

After ordering you should receive your order no later than 5-10 business days. (Not including weekends)

Expedited orders still takes 1-3 days to process & 2 dand to ship! (Not including weekends)
